Full Remodel + Addition

2026

Some homes are worth saving — and this one is worth transforming. What started as a charming Laguna Beach cottage is being carefully reimagined into a three-unit property, blending the character of the original structure with the craftsmanship of a full-scale renovation.

Structure One took this project down to the studs — preserving the original fireplace and ceiling details that give the home its soul — while rebuilding everything around them with modern precision. It's the kind of work that requires as much restraint as it does skill: knowing what to keep, what to reinforce, and what to rebuild from scratch.

The scope doesn't stop there. Where the garage once stood, a fully new residential unit is taking shape. A second additional unit is being constructed along the perpendicular street, maximizing the property's footprint and unlocking its full income-generating potential. From interior framing and structural upgrades to new windows, sheathing, and grading, every phase of this project is being executed with the same attention to detail Structure One brings to every build.

This is what a complete renovation looks like — not just a refresh, but a reinvention. And it's not done yet.
